Selah Spaces LLC (“Selah Spaces,” “we,” “us”) is a residential cleaning company based in Lubbock, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or use our website at selahspaces.io, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to give you an estimate and do the work:
- Contact information — your name, phone number, email address, and zip code, when you submit a form on this site, message us on Facebook, or contact us directly.
- Service details — the type of cleaning you are asking about, your address once you book, and any notes you give us about your home.
- Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic website data — standard server logs, plus aggregate analytics and advertising measurement tools (Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) that tell us how many people visited a page and which link brought them here.
Cookies and measurement tools
We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand which of our posts and links actually bring people to this site. These tools set cookies and may receive your IP address and a hashed, non-readable version of your contact details when you submit a form. We use them for measurement only — we do not build advertising profiles of you and we do not sell what they collect. You can block them with your browser's cookie settings or an ad blocker; the site works exactly the same either way.
How we use your information
- To contact you about your assessment request and schedule a walkthrough.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
- To send invoices and payment links for work you have agreed to.
- To respond to your questions and resolve any issue with a job.
We do not use your information for anything else, and we do not make decisions about you using automated profiling.
SMS text messaging
We will never sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Your consent to receive text messages from Selah Spaces is used only by Selah Spaces.
When you check the consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Selah Spaces relating to your assessment, appointment, and service — including confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, and follow-ups.
Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service — you can always reach us by phone or email instead.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message and we will not text you again. For help, reply HELP or email hello@selahspaces.io.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only so they can perform their function for us:
- Stripe — to process invoices and payments.
- Twilio — to send and receive calls and text messages.
- Supabase — to securely store customer and job records.
- Google and Meta — for website analytics and measurement, as described above.
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to do so. Beyond that, we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and job records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our tax and legal obligations under Texas and federal law. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS at any time.
- Ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing hello@selahspaces.io.
- Ask us what information we hold about you, and we will tell you.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active customers directly.
