How often should I schedule?
Most Lubbock households land on bi-weekly. Homes with kids, pets, or heavy foot traffic usually do better weekly. Smaller households and couples who travel are often fine monthly. We'll recommend a cadence at the assessment based on what we actually see — not on what sells more visits.
Do I get the same cleaner every time?
Yes, whenever possible — consistency is the entire point. The same team learns your home, your preferences, and the details you care about, so visits get better over time instead of starting from zero.
Is it cheaper than a one-time clean?
Per visit, yes. A maintained home takes less time than one that's gone months between cleanings, and that saving goes into the recurring rate. Your exact price comes from the free assessment.
Do I need a deep clean first?
Usually yes, for the first visit. Recurring service maintains a standard, so we have to establish that standard first. If your home is already well kept, we'll tell you honestly that you can skip it.
Can I skip or move a visit?
Yes. Holidays, travel, and life happen. Give us reasonable notice and we'll move your visit with no penalty.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Recurring service continues because you want it to. Change your frequency or stop at any time, with no cancellation fee.
